A recommendation/endorsement letter from the relevant Karen Ethnic Health Department or a recognized social or community organization.

A medical fitness certificate issued by a relevant ethnic health department, together with medical test reports conducted within the past six (6) months for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV, to be submitted as supporting documents.

A certificate of good moral character issued by the relevant local administrative authority.
All of the above documents must be submitted together with the admission application no later than 5:00 PM on March 6, 2026.
Applications submitted after the specified deadline will not be considered.
